Policies of Hotel Garza Bed & Breakfast :
Arrival Time:
Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. If requiring a late check in, please make arrangements in advance.
Departure Time:
Check out time is 11 a.m..
Minimum Night Stays:
We do require multi-night stays during certain times of the year. (ie. some Texas Tech football games, Graduation and Parents Weekend)  Nonetheless, please call or check our availability online, since one-night stays are occasionally available.
Rates:
Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include our sumptuous home cooked breakfast served at your own private table. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to the 13% Texas State and city tax.
Occupancy:
We allow a maximum of 2 people per standard room and up to 4 people in large suites ($10 additional person).
Pets:
We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets. Buddy will be happy to serve as a substitute canine for the duration of your stay.
Smoking:
We are a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. If you would like to smoke you can do so in the waterfall garden.
Payment Method:
We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa,  MasterCard, and Discover.
Reservation Policy:
We require a 25% deposit  to hold your reservation. For Special Events or when you reserve more than (4) four rooms a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. You may use a credit card to secure your room.
Cancellation Policy:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $30 service charge per room, provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $30 service charge per room will apply. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For Special event weekends or when you or your party reserve more than (4) four rooms, you must give more than 30 days notice. If we are able to re-rent the rooms within 30 days and up to 48 hours before your arrival date we will refund your charges less the 25% deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations.
 
Reserving the entire Bed & Breakfast requires a non-refundable deposit of $150 a night and a minimum of 60 days cancellation notice.  Cancellations with less than 60 days notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the Bed & Breakfast can be re-booked.
Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing a small Bed & Breakfast.
