Hotel Garza Bed & Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
An advanced payment of (1) one nights stay plus tax and a valid credit card is taken to confirm your reservation. Balance charged (14) fourteen days prior to arrival date. Balance charged (30) thirty days prior to arrival date for three (3) or more nights stay,(3) 0r more rooms, special events, Texas Tech football weekends and Texas Tech graduation werkends.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required when booking three (3) or more rooms, for some holidays, special event weekends, Texas Tech Football games, Texas Tech Family Weekend and Texas Tech Graduations. Balance charged (30) thirty days prior to arrival date.

ALL GUEST ROOMS EXCEPT THE PREMIER SUITE AND PLANTATION SUITE HAVE A TWO (2) PERSON MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. NO EXCEPTIONS UNLESS TRAVELING WITH AN INFANT CHILD (three years of age and under)
$25 for each additional guest (up to 2) in Premier and Plantation Suites. Childen five (5) and under stay free.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special events.
CANCELLATIONS
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation, or (30) thirty days when booking (3) three or more rooms, (3) or more nigts stay and some holidays, special events weekends, Texas Tech football weekends and Texas Tech graduation.
Your deposit will be refunded less a $30 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than fourteen (14) days or (30) thirty days when bookig (3) or more rooms or for (3) three or more nights stay prior to your arrival date, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
All reservations made through third party websites (ie, Expedia, booking.com, etc.) are non-refundable from the time of booking.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Only registered guests have the use of the property. Arrangements must be made in advance for additional visitors. Charges may apply.
We do offer whole-house bookings for group events.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside; designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
NO PETS. We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.

Damages: Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to linens, fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking or pets is/are detected in bedrooms then a full night's charge will automatically be made. The use of candles and/or incense in guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
Whole house bookings require a twenty-five percent non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balance is charged (45)forty-five days prior to date of arrival. The full amount of the booking is non-refundable on cancellations made less than (45)forty-five days prior to arrival date.
Murder Mystery events require an $100 non-refundalbe deposit at the time of booking. Remaining balance is charged (30) thirty days prior to date of event. The total amount of the booking is non-refundable on cancellations made less than (30) thirty days prior to event date. Murder Mystery events begin at 7pm and end at 12 midnight.
